Continuing its pledge to bold design that performs, the Kia design team dreamt up the Trail’ster, its most rugged concept car yet. It’s a reimagined Soul that transports you to the great outdoors. Inspired by the scenic landscapes of outside destinations, the turbocharged Trail’ster is an all-year, multi-terrain vehicle made for the wild.

 

 

 

 

Blaze a trail.

The Trail’ster was engineered to increase performance without compromising fuel economy. It comes equipped with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine and hybrid powertrain. And its advanced, electric all-wheel drive (e-AWD) delivers up to 220 horsepower and 285 lb.–ft. of torque. It’s a confident, capable drive to trailheads, ski slopes, and everywhere in between.

 

 

 

 

Compact size. Massive style.

With aggressive styling and a sure-footed stance, the Trail’ster delivers a sense of outdoor adventure even before you reach your destination. The exterior features an open-air sky roof and a terrain-inspired paint scheme in Polar Pearl Snowdrift or Terra-Bronze Metallic. Advanced LED technology and unique front fog lights enhance its commanding presence.

 

 

 

 

Rugged meets refined.

Interior details like pillow-embossed seat material and premium leather mimic the comfort and protection of snowboard and ski gear. For a seamless experience from one cabin to the next.
