airco compressor

[kia sorento 3.3 v6]

I'm in Spain right now and my airco compressor is broken (makes noise and the part in the middle goes up and down). I don't want to replace it here in Spain but back in the Netherlands.

 

Is there a possibility to take out this middle part, that goes up and down, and remain the function of the multi belt?

 

Or is there a possibility to make a 'loop', take the whole airco pulley out and shorten the multi belt?

 

Please let me know the options I have, without replacing the airco compressor..
