A comparison test drive was organized by the respected automotive magazine Auto Review (Авторевю) in its search for the best hatchback in the Russian market. In head-to-head testing with the Nissan Tiida, Skoda Rapid, and Renault Megane, the Kia cee’d received the highest scores in the Ergonomics, Dynamics/Handling, and Ride Comfort categories. A number of automobile experts took part in the test drive and they all had only great things to say about the cee’d’s modern multi-link type rear suspension and ample storage space. Auto Review also mentioned the smooth and precise handling as a competitive advantage, saying, “(You can experience) the quick responsiveness of the steering and the clever operation of the rear suspension, even in extreme conditions”.
