Firstly, apologies for writing in English.

My Kia carens 2Lcrd Auto 7 seater 2007 , has sagging rear suspension, this is very common and talked about alot, especially in the Kia Rondo forum (USA).

I have seen on the Kia NL site, a set of blue rear suspension coils.

Can someone confirm they are a heavy duty set of springs? and that they will lift the rear of my car.

http://www.kia.nl/showroom/carens/accessoires-.aspx This is the link to them.

ZK66799HV3118 This is the part number. If anyone knows the cost of jusy buying them that would help me, the price given is foR fitting them as well.

Again I apologise for writing in English. I look forward to any replies.

Thank you.

According to the kia site and the extra info next to the picture it is a spring set designed for people that drive with caravans or heavy loads.

So i think it will solve your problem.

I dont know what the price will be if u only purchase the coils without fitting them.

Thank you for the reply.

If anyone has to contact their dealer for parts, could they ask the price of the springs themselves, my freind is visiting Holland in September and he would be able to bring them back for me.

Thanks again.

These springs are not for sale in England?

I think they will have to be specially ordered for you if you want them.

Call these guys:

http://www.carsupport.nl/

They are specialists in this branche.

Here you can find the catalogue:

http://www.carsupport.nl/Download/CarsupportCatalogusLijst.pdf

If you look for the Kia Carens you find this:

Car model Year Type of spring Price bruto excl VAT

Carens 10.06- 4503PER 177 euro

Carens 10.06- 4503PEH 207 euro - raises 4,5-5cm, keeps orig. comfort, for example when fitting LPG tank

Call them, explain your problem/situation and they can tell you which type is best for you!

Good luck!

Hi, thanks again for your replies.

To answer your question. No , the blue heavy duty springs are not available in England.

I have visited the Car support site and could not find a "SEARCH" bar to input Kia Carens. I could see they cater for campervans and could see the springs.

I have emailed them and await a reply. it does look promising, a lift of 25mm on new springs would take the car back to looking normal again.

I would still appreciate any help on the price of the blue heavy duty springs without fitting, if anyone has to call or visit their KIA dealer, and whether or not they are suitable for an auto deisel 7 seater 2007 carens.

Mudds.

Leon. I see now. It does list the Kia carens 06 onwards. I will speak with them next week and if they can guarantee that the new springs will lift the car, then I will order them.

Thanks.
