The next Kia K900 has been previewed in an official design sketch released by the Korean automaker this week. The new K900 was designed by experts at both Kia’s global design headquarters in Namyang, Korea and the brand’s US design studio in Irvine, California. Some standout details on the new sedan, according to Kia, include the ‘Quadric pattern’ grille, which it says has 176 jewel-shaped cells, along with the ‘Duplex comet’ headlamps and various chrome trim. The Kia Stinger is a new type of product for the typically reserved Korean automaker. Never before has Kia made a rear-wheel drive sports sedan, and it’s out to prove that its first attempt can punch well above its weight class. The automaker today announced the Stinger Experience, which will visit several major cities across America throughout 2018. The program will allow attendees to drive the 365 hp V6 Stinger in 0-60 mph acceleration runs, cornering tests and a slalom course. Earlier this year, Kia unveiled the Niro EV Concept at the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show, previewing the future all-electric crossover set to arrive later this year.
