Best Kia (users and technicians),

Last Tuesday, without any explanation the media systeem in my Kia Picante (from 2021) stopped working.

On Monday there was absolutely no problem; never had any trouble with connection nor any warning lights of any kind, sound never failed, all was working well.

Tuesday morning I get in my car, started it without any issues and the media system was mysteriously DEAD. No clock, no on and off...nothing.

Anyone else with this experience??

Might be obvious, but have you checked the fuses?
I'm not sure if your year Picanto has been equipped with different head units, but on a lot of systems there's a small button on the front panel with which you can reset or force-reboot the system.
