halloik heb een kia procee'd van 2010sinds 1 jaar geleden heb ik problemen gekregen met mijn wagenik had deze gekocht heb er 2 jaar mee kunne rijden en nu is de motor volledig kapotdus naar de garage late takelen en zo en nu beweerd de garage dat deze door een schakelfout komtmaar als de kleppen in de pistons staan kan dit toch onmogelijk zijnnu doet kia moeilijk omdat ik een nieuw blok nodig hebde garage waar ik dus langs ging heeft mij serieus belazerd en weigerd mijn laatste onderhoudsfactuur te gevenen zolang ik deze niet heb willen zij mij niet verder helpenze hadden ook beloofd na 2 weken na mijn bezoek een oplossing te regelen en ik kan de hoofdverdeler niet eens contacterendus zij maken valse beloftes en willen hun klanten niet eens helpenals je 3 maal binnen komt met het zelfde probleem dat het lampje van het emisieregelsysteem brandt dan zouden ze hem op zijn minst kunne binnen houden voor grondige controlewie weet meer raad en als u fotos wil zien ik kan ze altijd toe voegenmvg Lees het hele artikel

Kia has announced pricing of its all-new 2014 Forte compact sedan, which will start at just $15,900. Establishing itself as the budget-oriented choice in the segment, the Forte has the lowest base price of any of its competitors. Offered in three trim levels, the $15,900 (plus $800 destination charge) LX model comes with a 148 hp 1.8-liter engine and a manual transmission. Those looking for an automatic will have to jump up to $17,400. The top-trim EX then starts at $19,400 and includes a 2.0-liter direct injection engine making 173 hp. That engine also delivers 24 mpg city and 36 mpg highway for a combined 28 mpg. An optional Popular Package, available only on the automatic transmission model, adds 16-inch wheels, cruise control and keyless entry. EX models deliver not only the larger engine but also add remote keyless entry, a rear camera, sliding center armrest, cooling glove box and the next-generation UVO telematics system. Optional items include navigation, as well as the FlexSteer system that allows three different levels of steering feel: Comfort, Normal and Sport. Those looking to fully spec-out their Forte can also opt for the Premium Package with front and rear heated seats, 17-inch wheels, keyless access, a push-button ignition, a heated steering wheel, power sunroof and a 10-way power drivers seat with air-cooled ventilation. Ik heb hier een auto staat waar ik gek van wordt!!! Mischien heeft iemand nog ideeen??Klacht: Auto start zeer slecht bij lage temperaturen, begint te ploffen en lijkt totaal niet op tijd te staan start de auto uiteindelijk loopt deze als een zonnetje! staat de auto een avondje in een verwarmde garage start de auto ook goed! Auto uitgelezen: Krukassensor defect! , deze vervangen voor een nieuw exemplaar zonder resultaat, auto opnieuw uitgelezen: Nokkenassensor defect! deze ook vernieuwt zonder resultaat.Distributietiming gecontroleerd = goed!Donorauto er naast gezet en de volgende onderdelen uitgewisseld: Gasklephuis, Luchtinlaat temperatuurmeter, Koelvloeistoftemperatuurmeter, Luchtmassameter, nogmaals krukas en nokkenassensor ( je weet maar nooit!) helaas alles zonder resultaat.Ecu valt niet om te wisselen door de startonderbreker.Heeft iemand nog tips??? Hallo allemaalHeb pas een carens gekocht maar de banden tjoekelen zo. Ik denk ook dat het een bandenprobleem is maar wat zou je daar aan kunnen doen. Het zijn Michelin banden met nog voldoende profiel. Graag jullie reactie hierop. Lees het hele artikel

Hallo,Sinds kort heeft een deel van de verlichting op m'n dashboard het begeven, de verlichting achter de brandstofmeter doet het niet meer.Ik ben hier niet bepaald een genie in, de hele handleiding doorgespit maar niets kunnen vinden. Ik zat zelf te denken aan een zekering die kapot kan zijn, maar volgens mij gaat die over de verlichting van het hele paneel, dus inclusief de snelheidsmeter.Iemand enig idee hoe dit op te lossen?Alvast bedankt,Ruben Lees het hele artikel

Dit is een uitlijning die meerdere fabrikanten gebruiken om de stabiliteit te verhogen. Soms valt de tolerantie een beetje nadelig uit en dat is niet makkelijk te corrigeren.Bij bredere velgen en/of banden is het effect sterker en soms per merk band een snellere cupvorming mogelijk. Last week at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, Kia unveiled its new Cee’d and Pro_cee’d GT models, showing its focus on sportier, performance-focused models. That appears to just be the beginning, as the Korean automaker looks to bring new coupe models to market based on its GT and Provo concepts. The Provo concept (above) also debuted at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, while the GT concept, which debuted at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, is already rumored to head into production this year. SEE ALSO: Kia Provo Concept Has a Turbo Hybrid Surprise In a recent interview with Auto Express, Kia Motors Europe’s VP of Product Planning, Benny Oeyen, said that the GT is “close to being approved and going into production, but, as with all our cars, they have to be developed on a sound financial footing.” Oeyen also added in the interview that the Korean automaker is very interested in producing the Provo concept and would slot in as a halo model for Kia’s B-segment. Though the Provo, if it was to head to production, would be based on the front-wheel drive platform as the Rio, the Korean automaker wants to incorporate the turbo hybrid powerplant found in the concept. “The provo is a possible niche we can venture into. Even een update.De auto staat sinds 1 maart bij de garage, kwam niet meer weg van mijn werk.Als ik het gas induwde verloor hij alle vermogen. Ze dachten eerst de lambdasonde's die zijn vervangen, maar het probleem was niet opgelost.Maar ze beweren dat ze wel stuk waren, ze gaan nu de luchtmassameter vervangen hopelijk is dat het. Kia’s design team has won four prestigious ‘red dot’ design awards, including a ‘Best of the Best’ distinction for the new Kia pro_cee’d in the product design category. The Kia cee’d five-door, cee’d Sportswagon and Carens compact MPV models collected ‘Winner’ awards. Along with the iF product design award in November 2012, this is the second prize won by the Kia pro_cee’d before the new model goes on sale later this month. The four 2013 awards bring the total number of Kia’s red dot wins to 10 since 2009. Kia’s Soul, Venga, Sportage compact SUV and D-segment Kia Optima sedan – the latter was awarded the coveted ‘Best of the Best’ prize – were followed last year by awards for the five-door Kia Rio B-segment hatch and the A-segment Kia Picanto. red dot award: a seal of quality in product design The Design Centre of North Rhine-Westphalia founded the red dot awards program in 1955, and it is now one of the most prestigious design contests in the world. The internationally acclaimed seal of quality features ‘product design’, ‘communication design’ and ‘design concepts and prototypes’ categories. This year, 1,865 manufacturers from 54 countries submitted 4,662 products. A 37-strong jury judged the products according to nine criteria, including degree of innovation, clarity of function, formal quality and sustainability. Kia showcased a possible rival for the Nissan Juke compact-crossover this week at the Geneva Motor Show, features funky styling, a turbocharged engine and one extra trick up it’s sleeve: a hybrid powertrain. Although just a concept, the two-door Kia Provo will prove to be a serious competitor to the polarizing Nissan Juke, should Kia put this vehicle into production. Featuring a combined 250-hp from a turbocharged 1.6L four-cylinder engine and a 45-hp electric motor, is sure to be a fun-to-drive, small and capable crossover. That extra capability comes from a four-wheel drive system, which doesn’t take away from the Provo’s fuel efficiency. Thanks to its hybrid powertrain, the Provo is capable of low speed electric-only range, by sending power to the rear wheels. The all-new high-performance Kia pro_cee’d GT and cee’d GT made their global debuts at the 83rd Salon International de l’Automobile in Geneva. This new duo powers Kia into one of the most high-profile market segments in Europe, and they are the brand’s most performance-focused production cars ever. The two new models are powered by a new version of Kia’s 1.6-litre GDI (gasoline direct injection) engine equipped with a twin-scroll turbocharger and strengthened internal components. Power and torque outputs are dramatically increased (compared with the non-turbo engine), with maximum power up 51% to 204 ps, and torque up 61% to 265 Nm. The Kia pro_cee’d GT and cee’d GT each deliver fuel consumption of 7.4l / 100km and emit 171 g/km CO2. Fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, the front-wheel drive models can accelerate from 0 to 100 kph in 7.7 seconds and reach a top speed of 230 kph. They can also accelerate from 60-100 kph in fourth gear in 5.4 seconds, 80-120 kph in fifth gear in 7.3 seconds and 80-120 kph in sixth gear in 8.8 seconds. “The world premiere of Kia’s new pro_cee’d GT and cee’d GT highlights the diversity of our current product line-up and underpins the natural expansion of the brand into the performance car market, an important step forward for Kia,” comments Michael Cole, Chief Operating Officer, Kia Motors Europe. “The new Kia pro_cee’d GT will have great appeal for motorists looking for style, performance and dynamism in their next car – and the cee’d GT adds an extra level of practicality for buyers who prefer five doors.” Designed in Europe under the direction of President and Chief Design Officer, Peter Schreyer, the Kia pro_cee’d GT and cee’d GT feature new front grilles and lamp clusters, deeper bumpers, jewel-like four-point LED daytime running lights, new fog lights, dual-exhaust pipes, larger 18-inch alloy wheels, eye-catching red brake calipers and a range of special paint finishes. Kia has unveiled its most performance-focused models ever today at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, with the oddly named pro_cee’d GT and cee’d GT badges. Powered by turbocharged 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engines, the two hatches both make 201 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque. Both models were designed, developed, and manufactured in Europe – which means North American won’t be seeing either anytime soon. SEE ALSO: 2013 Geneva Motor Show Coverage The standard transmission on either model is a six-speed manual, and according to Kia, the front-wheel drive cars hit 62 mph in 7.7 seconds with a top speed of 143 mph. Both vehicles feature new front grilles and lamp clusters, deeper bumpers, jewel-like four-point LED daytime running lights, new fog lights, dual-exhaust pipes, 18-inch wheels, red brake calipers, and a range of special paint finishes. Inside, the hatches are even more aptly equipped as performance models. Recaro sport seats along with alloy pedals and a seven-inch, race car inspired TFT instrument cluster adds to the vehicle’s excitement. Most of us spend a significant amount of time in our cars, so it’s not a stretch to think they can become an extension of ourselves both physically and emotionally. In fact, this is an idea we wanted to explore further, and you might have read our earlier post about an experiment we were working on to see if we can map the emotional connection between car and driver, specifically with our all-new Kia Cerato (Forte). Today on Kia-buzz, we wanted to present our readers with the results of our experiment, which can be seen in the video below: Cerato Digital Croquis Art A combination of motion detection, bio feedback and computer graphics all came together to visualize the emotion and dynamics provoked by driving of our new compact sedan. For this experiment we used 3D generative art as a reference, creating automated graphics based on data points and input we received from a set of test drivers. Our goal was to measure the driver’s physiological reactions when driving, and express them through 3D art. The idea itself was unusual, but ambitious and interesting nonetheless. To program and create the visualization, our computer graphic artists were inspired by an art technique called Croquis, which involves drawing with light and quick pencil strokes, which fittingly led them to title their work as“Cerato Digital Croquis Art.” The experiment first started by connecting monitoring devices to the all-new Cerato and biofeedback instruments to drivers. They then went through a variety of driving conditions on our test track, which was similar to the conditions of our proving grounds but with some added twists. In order to evoke and capture a variety of emotions – drivers had to turn sudden corners, drive through narrowing roads, and react to sudden situations– like giant boulder-sized rubber spheres falling from the sky. That last one was ridiculously unnecessary, but we needed to do it for the sake of science. 3D graphic art was used to visualize the relationship between car and driver from the data we were capturing. The lines represented the Cerato’s movements or driving dynamics and the red particles reflected the driver’s physiological and emotional changes. Here is an example of how the red particles are spread to represent an emotional and physiological spike. On this narrowing road the silver lines represent the car’s straight and steady direction, and the red particles show a more neutral physiological state. What do you think?
