Kia presented a concept car, rear-wheel drive four-door sports sedan that successfully encompasses those three words at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Kia’s new concept car shows seamless integration of muscular proportions with stylish sleekness as well as feminine and elegant four seater cockpit. Kia has formally announced pricing on their 2012 Soul, setting the Scion xB and Nissan Cube competitor’s MSRP just slightly under $14,000. The Soul A/T will start at $15,700 while the highest trim model, the Soul! will start at under $20,000. The Soul! will come packed with features including exclusive projector headlamps with front LED accents while the rear gets LED taillights. All four corners will sport 18-inch wheels while the interior will feature Kia’s UVO powered by Microsoft voice-activated infotainment system. Powering the Soul for 2012 is a 2.0L with 164-hp or a 1.6L with 138-hp. The 1.6L delivers a class-leading 35-mpg on the highway and now features Kia’s idle Stop and Go technology. On the outside, the 2012 Soul model also gets a slight refresh in the aesthetics department with subtle changes to the front and rear bumpers along with new lighting, side mirrors and wheels. The concept has sleek and muscular proportions, and will likely slide in between the Hyundai Genesis and Equus in terms of size. “I believe the car is a strong statement from Kia: We are ready to fast forward to an all-new chapter,” says Peter Schreyer, Kia Motors Chief Officer. hallo,sorry voor het late reageren, ik denk dat ze de temperatuur bedoelen het verhaal is dat er een weerstand blijft hangen en dat dan de computerdenkt hee de motor is te warm en spuit dan benzine in de motor wat dan weer een conflickt oplevert met de lamba sensor ?heb je hier iets aan ?met vriendelijke groet camille Lees het hele artikel

Het duurt even ( soms wel 8 km ) maar dan wordt er een metaalachtige tik hoorbaar. Bij 80 is het nog tikken, maar hoe harder ik ga rijden hoe sneller de tik gaat. Het wordt bij 110 meer ratelen. Het is niet een heel hard geluid, maar wel heel irritant. De auto moet schijnbaar eerst op bedrijfstemperatuur zijn, het getik reageert niet op het toerental van de auto, maar wel op de snelheid. Onder de 40 km is het niet hoorbaar.Suggestie's die zijn gedaan: de kabel van de snelheidsmeter of een klepje in het koelsysteem. Het klepje zou open moeten gaan, maar gaat gelijk weer dicht, vandaar het tikken.Voor de rest rijdt de Pride prima, geen andere rare geluiden, geen trillingen en ook geen motorische problemen.Waar komt in vredesnaam dit getik vandaan? Kia, spurred by the success of sibling Hyundai’s Genesis (and possibly Equus), wants a piece of the rear-drive pie. The company is planning a flagship luxury sedan and possibly a coupe, both in the vein of the Genesis duo. Kia’s rear-drive adventures end there, however: there are no plans to introduce a pickup truck. There won’t be a Miata-sized roadster, either. Kia’s engineers aren’t interested in expanding into new markets, but tackling the segments they’re already comfortable in. And for Kia, this includes sedans (increasingly bigger ones, too) and coupes like the Forte. The K7/Cadenza is currently their largest luxury sedan right now, which may or may not make it to America—but it’s a front-driver. The new RWD sedan will use the Genesis platform and series of V6 and V8 engines, and will slot above the Cadenza. If it’s built, it will enter the Korean market next May, and in about two years after that Stateside. Lastly, Kia’s RWD sports car will be shown in Frankfurt in concept form. If people like it, Kia will target the BMW 3-Series—a lofty goal if there ever was one. It should be no surprise that the Kia sports car will be based on the Genesis, which will get a whole host of improvements by 2013 that will carry over to Kia, in their ambitious goal of besting the Bavarians. Hallo we hebben het volgende probleem met de Sorento.De airco/kachel lijkt af en toe niet goed te werken.Je hoort de kachelmotor volop blazen echter er komt bijna geen lucht uit de rooster (welke stand je hem ook zet).Echter is de auto uit geweest en je start hem weer dan kan het maar zo zijn dat het wel weer werkt.Het is een handbediende airco.Wie weet wat er aan de hand kan zijn.Alvast bedankt Lees het hele artikel

Zoek een trekhaak voor mijn Kia pregio 2.5 TCI DC uit 2003.Kan deze trekhaak nergens vinden niet gebruikt en ook niet nieuw, heb verschillende bedrijven afgebeld maar overal het zelfde antwoord hebben wij niet en er is ook niet aan te komen.Is het mogelijk dat er een ander merk trekhaak op mijn auto past wil dit graag weten, bij voorbaat dank.
