Graag een advies bij hetvolgende probleemik heb de motor laten reviseren door lekken de klepppennu is ook de katalysator vervangen omdat deze defect wassinds deze reparatie klinkt de motor hol en lijkt alsof deze meer geluid maakt hij maakt ook meer lawaai eigenlijk vind ik het te veelin de garage kunnen ze niets ontdekken dus hoop ik via dit forum waar veel goede monteurs bij zijn aagesloten de oplossing te vindenik overweeg de auto zelfs weg te doen omdat dit niet fijn rijden is boven de 100 km per uurwie herkent dit of kan een advies gevenhet is zowel op lpg als benzinein de garage zegt men dat dit vaker voorkomt als de katalysator is vervangenik heb er een stalen katalysator in laten lassen de auto maakt net zoveel lawaai als de tijd dat ik heb gereden met de helft van de oude katalysator eruit omdat dit voor de uitlaat zat en hij zijn druk niet kwijt kon vertelde men mijik hoop dat jullie me de goede richting in kunnen helpen want de auto zelf ben ik nog niet moe maar de herrie welalvast bedankt Jac Lees het hele artikel

When the next-generation Kia Soul launches as early as next year, it will be available with an electric motor in place of a conventional gasoline engine. While the gas models will carry on and be the volume sellers, Kia marketing boss Benny Oeyen has confirmed the new Soul will be offered in Europe as a fully electric car. That model is also likely to arrive in the US, though perhaps only in California and select other states. Facelifted for 2012, the 2014 Soul is expected to be an entirely new model, though is likely to keep styling cues similar to the current version. Before the EV joins the lineup, look for a gasoline version to debut as early as the Chicago Auto Show in February or the NY Auto Show in April. While it may be the first Kia EV to go on sale in Europe (or America), Kia already sells the Ray electric car in Korea, using a 50 kWh electric motor with a range of 86 miles. The study measures a corporation’s financial performance in terms of the raw financial return to investors; role that brand plays in the actual purchase decision; and brand strength, which is the ability of a brand to secure the delivery of expected future earnings. GoedendagIk heb hier een Kia Carens 2.0 staan met het volgende probleem. Check-lampje brandt met de foutcode P0420. Ik heb reeds de bougie's vervangen ik ben even in de historie van de auto aan het spitten gegaan en ben er achter gekomen dat de cilinderkop 13.000km terug vervangen is evenals de distributieketing en spanner enz. Km stand nu is 110.000km. Ik heb tegenstrijdige berichten vanuit de kia dealer. Ze zeggen dat kleppen stellen niet nodig is na 13.000km en een katalysator hebben ze ook nog nooit vervangen vanwege deze storing. Ik ben even uit mijn ideeen. Kia‘s flagship sedan was spotted today in the wild at Kia’s Canadian HQ. In fact, we managed to get up close and personal with the Korean automakers Kia’s 7-series fighting luxury vehicle. This model was badged with a model name of ‘K9′- the name given to the vehicle in Korea. This is interesting because Kia has mentioned that it will be called the Quoris in North America. The K9 badging was also referenced on the cars interior, with K9 emblems stitched into the headrests. This is the closest we’ve come to the K9, and it was certainly imposing in size. The car is clearly sized to take on the established luxury sedans from the Japanese and German competition. Big shiny rims, a huge grille, and dual exhaust give this car the imposing look required in the flagship sedan market. This car was also covered in flashy technology, with a camera even sticking out of the front grille. On the rear of the vehicle were ’3.8′ badges, indicating that this particular vehicle was likely powered by the brand’s 330-hp 3.8L V6. The K9 shares the same platform as the Hyundai Equus, and is Kia’s first rear-wheel drive car. The all-new 2013 Kia Carens MPV was revealed today on the 2012 Paris Motor Show floor, and it replaces the outgoing Kia Rondo that never quite caught on in America. The Rondo enjoyed decent European sales, so it has been redesigned specifically for that market, with no mention of whether or not it will come back to the States. With the Rondo looking dated in the lineup, the Carens looks to keep the small MPV from Kia fresh and relevant. The front end gets a new prominent grille, LED headlights, and a sloping roof line which adds to the slick design. The wheel base grows a little in length compared to the Rondo, but overall the Carens is a smaller vehicle, height and width wise. Three engines have been announced for the European market, starting with a 1.6-liter that makes 135 hp, a 2.0-liter that makes 177 hp, and finally a diesel option that makes 115 hp. All engines are mated to a standard six-speed manual gearbox, another tip off that this vehicle is not likely destined for America. “The new Carens builds on the family-friendly versatility and functionality of its predecessor, and features more athletic and visually dynamic design,” says Hyoung-Keun Lee, CEO of Kia Motors Corporation. “This marks a dramatic shift forward for our MPV contender and brings the model in line with Kia’s distinctive current design direction.” The Carens looks to challenge the Mazda 5, which goes almost unchallenged in its segment. It’s the time of year when automakers go on a wonderful vacation to Paris and show off the latest and greatest vehicles. The Paris Motor show is here, and there are quite a few vehicles that are slated to be revealed this year. Since the show comes around every-other year, some automakers use it as a great excuse to show off the latest concepts and production vehicles. The 2014 Kia Forte made its official debut in late July, and now the Korean automaker has released a selection of videos on its next-generation global compact sedan. Some details have also been revealed on the model known as the K3 in Japan and the Cerato over in Australia and Brazil. New technologies in the 2014 Kia Forte include park assistance, LED headlights, and the Korean automaker’s telematics service UVO. The new Forte measures in at 179.5 inches long, 70.1 inches wide, and 56.5 inches tall. That’s 1.2 inches longer, 0.2 inches wider, and 1-inch lower than the model it’s replacing. In addition, interior legroom has been improved thanks to a 2-inch longer wheelbase. In Korea the K3 will be powered by a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder with 138-hp and 123 lb-ft of torque. The automaker still hasn’t release details on what engine will make its way to America, but it’s expected to be the 1.8-liter currently used in the Hyundai Elantra.
